About Us
LaFemme has been started to allow ALL women from around Australia to compete together for the first time.
We are not, part of, or affiliated with any existing federation and/or company in Australia or anywhere in the world.
LaFemme is a brand new organisation with new ideas and concepts.
The founders of LaFemme are just a group of like-minded thinkers, who over the 20+ years of our fitness industry experience, have seen it from one end to the other and back. Through this time, we have all competed in a varying array of sports at all levels, and with this knowledge and experience have formulated our own ideas and concepts, and decided it was time to put them all together, and formed LaFemme to put them into action. As a group, we have owned and run gyms and PT studios, have trained bodybuilders, strength athletes, ADF combat fitness training, and much more.
First and foremost we are the first organisation to invite ALL female competitors to compete with us. And our very first event will be a
National Title.
Our catchcry - 'ONE DAY ONE STAGE'
We have two separate classes as such:
Class A - Drug Tested
Class B - Open
Both of these classes will encompass the full range of standard divisions that you will know from federated competitions.
We wil be putting our own little twist to them to offer you something new and exciting.
They will be competing on the same day on the same stage but note that:
Class A and Class B will not compete against each other.
Rather than just a title, although a National Title it will be, we will be endeavouring to provide as much in the way of prizes for competitors as we can possibly manage.
To make your competitive experience with us as enjoyable as possible, prizes etc will not be limited only to the winners, but rather a pool of prizes randomly drawn and available to all who enter an event.
As well as overall winners receiving a cash prize too!
